Appreciate the heads up about the PIL albums. Here they are

pixeldrain.com/l/vaQxJ5jT

I did notice only tracks 1, 3, 6, 7, and 11 were on BV341. I guess the rest are out of license.

Thanks again Blackwatch... I expect they'll be adding more and more of these gems. To get them all in 48k remastered sound would be like Christmas!

The PIL albums are getting digitized! Awesome! Hopefully this means that the albums will be on streaming like the Bruton albums are.

I believe that they are uploading the rest of the albums. It would make sense considering that they uploaded PIL 9002 - 9005 as of now, so it is possible that the rest could be uploaded as well. I just hope that PIL 9013 - Mindbender is uploaded.

PIL9011 and 9012 have been added! It appears they are uploading the whole Peer International archive... but strangely some albums are incomplete.

This isn't unusual with digital releases. Often it's to do with the composer or the publisher of a particular composition no longer giving permission to a library to release their works.

There was a big Bruton share some while back Retro which took us to this folder on Mega (mega.nz/folder/nol2VJBC#DrWDZPEMdsw5O5T3qSMk6Q). The albums you're after are there. I think they're vinyl rips rather than Vaults digital reissues.

With thanks to the OP (and apologies as I've forgotten who it was) though I have a sneaking feeling it might have been BlackwatchPlaid?
