US CD and digital label, co-founded by Scottish-born John Cameron (who is not the KPM composer of the same name, for the record).
The company was first set up after Cameron settled in the US in the mid-80's, starting out by providing recording services and custom production music. They first started issuing library CDs in the mid-90's.
BAD seems to have moved around a lot. Initially founded in Anaheim, CA, they were based in Santa Monica, CA by the time they started issuing CDs. c. 1997 they relocated to Elkhart, IN, before moving back to Sunnyvale, CA, c. 1999.
From 2002 to 2005 they had offices in both Sunnyvale and Turlock, CA, and in Portland, OR.
Their website seems to have gone offline in 2005, so I'm guessing the company may have folded around then.
The associated publisher, British Audio Publishing (BMI), has their last known address listed as being in The Dalles, OR, which is also the last known location I could find for John Cameron.
