Here's a potential library ripoff track.  Heard in this 1990 ad for Dentyne gum that aired in Canada it's an obvious lift of  "Private Investigations" by Dire Straits from their 1982 album Love Over Gold.  Relevant section of the Dire Straits track after the 3:55 mark.

I recently have heard a track from the Chappell Recorded Music Library that sounds like Sergio Mendes' "Olympia", one of the L.A. 1984 Summer Olympics theme

"Challenger" by Wolfgang Kafer (09:21)

All right, who doesn't like classic prog-rock pieces like this one of King Crimson?
King Crimson - Epitaph

and below - the library equivalent  ;D
Joachim Sherylee - Iceberg

Another classic song y'all might love and was imitated many times in library genre is the one from Frankie Goes To Hollywood.
Frankie Goes To Hollywood - Welcome To The Pleasuredome (Instrumental)

and below two rip-offs, where the second one is, in my opinion, less blatant and sounds much better than the first one
Brian and Warren Bennett - Xenon Lights (at 02:45)

Nigel Bates - Cut & Thrust (at 07:47)
