Here's the info in more depth:
Chris Young Ensemble is a fake artist. There are multiple artists in the CYE section of the Teichiku BGM Library.
The song "Big Sports" is by Hideaki Yahagi
The song "Pretty Magic" is by Kenji Nakagawa (Rest In Peace, Kenji!)
These songs are not actually by Teichiku Records/Teichiku BGM Library, they were originally recorded for ConcertPine Music Library. I don't know when Pretty Magic was composed, but after I had a good talk with Hideaki Yahagi himself, he said most of his songs were recorded in the summer months of 1989.
In 1990, Teichiku Records must of somehow found these songs and added it to their own library. That is why the Chris Young Ensemble sounds very different from the rest of the library.
