Here's another piece used on Canadian TV, this time from private broadcaster CTV. It was used as the theme of their Sunday Canadian politics program
Question Period for many years.
This may not be a library track, as CTV in the 1970s often used segments of commercial music for its program themes. For example their weekly morning show Canada AM used British pianist Ronnie Aldrich's version of "Ride My See Saw" by the Moody Blues as its theme for many years after its 1972 debut.
