A December 1969 issue of North Hollywood newspaper "Valley Times" mentions Official Creative Productions, Inc. was set up as a subsidiary of film production company Official Industries (f.k.a. Official Films, Inc.), was established May 1969 in Los Angeles, and headed by Harry Mynatt, who was previously manager of Capitol's Creative Products Division.
