Unknown electronic music

[electropianist]

Hi my friends
I do appreciate you in advance to help me out
With this unknown track. It is been more 20 years
now that I have been looking for the info of it.

[redwave]

My immediate thought was Arcadia Cosmo Production Library. It could well be a 1990s track.
