It is different because it offers smaller number of albums without option to segregate them by labels. In fact, only 20 (twenty!) pre-2000 albums are available through Universal Music For Creators (for more you have to use normal Universal PM sites).
The site also has no albums from certain Universal PM-owned labels such as Bruton (probably due to the catalog being represented by APM) or any Universal PM-owned library from continental Europe like Koka, Kosinus, Match or Berlin Production Music (incl. ex-UBM albums).
