     A lot of the 78s sound similar. The later they get the more diverse and interesting they become. "Gateway To The East" was a track that stood out to me too.

    There is some good stuff in this latest batch. De Wolfe capitalizes on the "Twist" craze with one release and then tries to launch their own dance, the "Madison," with four sides by Jack Trombey. Included are also four of the five "Authentic National Music" 78s, with field recordings from around the world, and a few more in the "This Is..." series. And I finally got a copy of DW 500, which is probably the first De Wolfe 78. However, Killa's rip of the record sounds much better than mine; his must have been on vinyl, mine is on shellac.
    Also, most of the images up top have been updated. I believe DW 2753 was the first of the pink labels that probably ran for 27 issues. I only have four so far.
