There's a track that is heard in both Indiana Jones and the Staff of Kings and NASCAR Rumble. Using Aha! Music Identifier, it says it's "Intermission" by Kid Gorgeous, but considering that's a rock band, I have to wonder if this was an existing track that they lifted:
