This rather bizarre film uses a lot of library tunes. Some are easy to spot (5:43 Bargain sale by Bill Loose)

The first cue is OK-457 - Light Scherzo by Bill Loose, Jack Cookerly, and Emil Cadkin from Capitol Hi-Q's L-98. Unfortunately, I don't know the rest of the cues in the other timestamps.
