For as long as Grand Theft Auto has been around, there hasn't been a whole lot of talk about their stock music. It's easier to find tunes used in Saints Row games since they come from APM and other mainstream libraries, but Rockstar has opted to use songs from more obscure "doesn't get picked up by content claim bots" sources like Sound Ideas and Westar Music.
