Identifying WBTW news theme 1994

I'd like help identifying this library track used by WBTW (Florence/Myrtle Beach, SC CBS affiliate) for their newscasts around 1994/1995.

I thought it was some kind of proper news package or custom theme, but I quickly learned it's probably a library track after I heard it in this radio ID from 2022:

My assumption is that it's from one of the retired FirstCom albums released in the early 90s, since WBTW used other FirstCom cuts around this time.
