Those pesky Cavendish Radiophonic Workshop albums
« on: December 29, 2023, 10:12:27 AM »
Hi everyone, hope you're all having a nice break & celebrating in whichever way you like best.

I'm hoping to top up my Christmas present pile with lossless downloads of the following Cavendish albums by the Radiophonic Workshop:

Africa (CAVCD57)

Ethnic Impressions (CAVCD59)

Poisoned Planet (CAVCD55)

Undersea World (CAVCD56)

Time & Space (CAVCD58)

I know they've been requested & posted before, but I can't find any live links.

If anyone can help me out, I'd really appreciate it!

Thanks for those.  An upgrade and a few new titles for me!   ;)

Thanks for the share ChunYinZi but boy, that Harvest Media server is a pain. After more than half a dozen failed attempts I found it best to download the files one at a time otherwise it appears to download all the files at once but in the final megabyte it throws up a spurious message saying the network connection was lost and you have to start all over again.

Did you get them? They took hours for me but they came down okay, so thanks to ChunYinZi for the share.

Once I've moved these into my Radiophonic Workshop directory, I'll post new links that shouldn't expire. Might take a while but watch this space.

Yes, thanks I got them eventually. I don't know what's going on with these servers at the moment. Mega seems to be playing silly b*ggers as well (https://librarymusicthemes.com/index.php?topic=7714.msg53054#msg53054) and the fact that others faced similar problems meant it wasn't just my system playing up. In any case Pixeldrain seems to be working fine.

I gather from chatter on another site that Mega have implemented some process that removes duplicate files from its servers. I'll see if I can find out more & I'm not quite sure what might be done about it but I think the net result is that it will notice & remove "re-ups".
