since I am kind of closing down my treasure chest, ahem, I mean my personal music library (kinda sad actually to think about it, but eh, 800+ tracks is 500 more than I expected to ever have, let alone in MP3 V0 after all those years of 112 kBit/s demo files), I was kind of thinking doing a reverse-search and start from back which will pretty much conclude my hunt and maybe I start to enjoy rather than adding :-P But before I slow down here and check maybe once or twice a week, I'd like to to a final sweep so to speak.
Holy Moly, music shares aside, there were some heavy-loaded topics going on - at least for this forum's general attitude... But mostly - and that is the reason why I am here daily - there is a FOMO situation. FOMO means "Fear of Missing Out" and is a reason to keep people/customers hooked. Well, since I am here for roughly 6 months (and lurked for additional two months), I obviously missed out on many things.
Right now I swept page 34 to 24 and compiled a list with some 80s pop, jazz, easy listening... well, a funky potpourri. Since some - or most - of the users are still here, I might try my luck.
The "problem" behind the whole thing is that, just like Retromatic's
musicrsc website, if you are not here within a certain timespan - usuall 2 weeks - the links go dead. The only files I found intact were Google Drive links. So I am not only doing this for me per se, but also for the occasional reader, registered or not. Let's say, I am requesting (sounds too harsh, let's say: "Nicely ask and if not then the world's not going to collapse") some possibly hidden gems back from the zippyshare era. Format is, as usual, not important, even if it comes from an old CC.
I put the forum's thread title too so you get a blast from the past and maybe remember when others had the pleasure to snatch these...
