Never mind, I FOUND IT!!!!! It's the track "Prism" by Brian Beshears from Studio Cutz Volume 15.

You're correct on the track and composer, but a small correction, it was originally for Studio Cutz's Collection CD: Light & Bright 02: Acoustic Overtones, but was also packaged on Volume 15 later on.
