I get this error when extracting, but it appears to me that it is in fact extracting fine and the error can be ignored.

On the jewel case itself, unfortunately no as Volume 3 & 5 lack song credit leaflets that later volumes like 11 & 12 have.
In general though, I can give writing credits for those songs, as the songs made for Studio Cutz were also sold on SoundDogs individually until their big redesign, and those pages do include credits.
