By the way, I wanted to ask the people on this forum a favor. Does anyone know this melody? Sorry for the background noise, but I took this little snippet from a comedy show in my country, Colombia, called Happy's Saturday´s. This audio fragment is from a show from 1993.

If anyone knows the title of this song, I'd appreciate it. I'm searching high and low for it.
