There are records on the Internet. I have basically found all the other music in this record in other albums, but this one has not been found, so this one is the only one.

You've kind of answered your own question, here.  The tape in question is.... Devil May Care.  That Recur CD is practically the entire tape with Polka: Gavroche tagged on the end of it.

I have the track 'Two Secrets', by the Perry-Gardner Orchestra as a 320kps mp3.

I've included the whole tape, here, for any others who may want it.
