Are there other factors besides the label/publisher that help you determine whether a record is a library release?

The above music could very well have been recorded on a library label, that's what got me confused:)

Labels/publishers is quite all you need. Although some labels made both production and commercial releases.
A good start could be our labels database, Fuzi.
