I did check the bitcoin address, there is a single transaction listing for it and I did check Morocco (should be Moroccan, grammar fail) Cyber Army which there are no hits for so that's why I wondered if it was a practical joke, can't be too careful Stack, shoot first ask questions later.

Always good to be cautious, I agree DT. But there were other back signs behind the front page that clearly indicates the server had not been compromised.
And context here plays a big role as well
