Founded by composer Edwin Astley, perhaps unsurprisingly - the LPs seem to coincide with Astley's purchase of a Fairlight CMI, which features extensively, though the company existed as far back as the 1960s (1960, according to Companies House) as tracks from Vivo were used in some ITC series. Where did they get the tracks from? Astley's own tapes, perhaps?
The company still exists and remains in the control of the Astley family.
The LP sleeves are like handwritten versions of the KPM sleeves from around the same time!
