This link has only just come to my attention, and I hate to have to say it, but this isn't, 'Colours of Holidays', but, 'Colours', by Ralf Nowy.   

I wish I were wrong in this instance, but the track durations didn't match up with what's on discogs for PALM 29010, and the track names match PALM 29001.
