Sounds quite Boosey & Hawkes-y.

It could be something from OGM Media Music as suggested by YouTube's track ID. Have you tried there? I'm not sure how/where to listen to these.

I agree that sounds likely - Capitol was US-based and seems to have had good distribution in Mexico, where I'm assuming this telenovela was produced?

Dear Retronator, where dis you see that 'Youtube track ID'? It is VERY possible because, yeas, MR., in Mexico the most used library cues came from Capitol Ole Georg Media Music and from Valentino Major Records... But I have all the music from this libraries (all of it that could be possible to rescue) and I don't found it... Yes, on this telenovela were used some OGM cues from de HI-Q series (Ib Glindemann), butIn this telenovela where used a Bosworth library LP: Vaclav Nelhybel ‎– Electronic Music, BLP 102: so I tried on that library too and... nothing!
There is another cue used on that telenovela that intrigues me because it sounds like contemporary experimental Penderecki, Xénakis, George Crumb etc music:  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YIYsecrCPjI

See / hear the 36:50 minute of this telenovela: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Fj3xBxjU264&t=1875s

And this at 19:38.... there is a cue used by Lewis Parker too: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JwucUEeYGyA

But if I upload the video with this music Youtube put Lewis Parker's Copyrights!

I'm trying to find this Venezuela/México telenovelas used cue too... I think it's from a soundtrack... But: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n1yuymdqHF4

Thank you very much for your help and comments!!
