I assume these are all cartoon based? 99% of them sound like they're 1940's through 1950's material. Most of these are indeed from cartoons, mostly from one which was made and syndicated over here in the mid-60s. Some aren't, though, they were taken from old drive-in/movie theater snipe films ("Showtime Spectacular", "Bug-o-Rama"). I DO actually know the source for a number of these cues, most of these ("Airplane Factory", "Ringmaster's Spiel", "Lumbering Along", etc.) are from the old Gordon Zahler library (including some which most certainly are early Mozart Edition tracks I haven't found yet), but I obviously don't have real titles for them.
And, LOL no, that wasn't me under some other username, I've used this handle every incarnation of this board I've been on. Wish I knew who that person you describe was, though. They might know at least a handful of these tracks, although I fear the majority of these might be harder to ID because most of 'em are American or likely from an American library, and American labels from this period (unless if they're like Valentino or Tanner and released their stuff on 78s and LPs) although "Jolly Comedy Ending", "Bug-o-Rama", "Funky Comedy Chase" and "Funky Antics" could be identifiable as they sound like they're from British libraries, with the exception of "Bug-o-Rama" which is likely from Major Records.
