And that one is an instrumental cover of an old German song called “Ganz Leis' Erklingt Musik” by Hugo Strasser (music by Kurt Dörflinger)

here's the original song -  h**p://youtube.com/watch?v=Hg0ASKH3TzQ

I don't have that much to add here unfortunately, but "First Channel 07.11.1992, closedown sequence" is very nice!

Second Channel 20.04.1992, announcements and programme schedule
02:46-04:18 cue in the background of programme schedule

That sounds to be a Czech piece called “Radost až do rána” performed by Ladislav Štaidl Orchestra and Felix Slováček on soprano sax

Plus, there was a song as well – h**p://youtube.com/watch?v=tS44Iz_8W3c

00:19-02:12 Here same cue used same way but aired 18.03.1993, in shorter piece and in better quality.

Not a mystery anymore, I’m afraid :)  That’s “Woolly Willy Tango” by Rick Wakeman

Yeah! Thanks Mate!

I do recognize “Poem” composed by Zdeněk Fibich, a Czech classical composer. Must be a version by one of the Polish or Czech orchestras.
Guys, You are awesome  8]

Adamz, you burned me. I've been trying to find it for many years. It was used in some 1978-1979 erotic films. I asked that album here. I couldnt find it. Still unknown  :'(

I have another mystery track from Polish TV to be identifed (aside from the ones listed by adamz689):
TVP2's ident (1992-1997) - both day and night variations

I would have presumed it was composed specially for TVP... , had it not been for a variation of this track (with more instruments) to appear in a Hungarian Disney Princess Zizzlingers ad from 2006 (the ad appears at 2:08 and at 19:16 in the video below):

I believe this mysterious track must have been released on a CD, because (unless I'm not mistaken) the stock music distributors at the time still haven't started re-releasing the digital versions of the vinyl albums. In fact, by the time I wrote the post I have searched pre-1992 CDs from Sonoton, Arcadia Music (inc. Cosmos), KPM Music, Selected Sound, Bruton Music, Primrose Music, Standard Music, JW Media Music, Coloursound, Hibou, De Wolfe Music, Carlin Production Music, Match Music, Killer Tracks, Parry Music and even Manhattan Production Music and I still haven't found that track.

It looks like mucrim found out in one of threads in this forum the title of the cue. It's "Flying into the Sunshine" [CML 175] by Carlo Maria Cordio from the discontinued CAM's CML series: www.discogs.com/Carlo-Maria-Cordio-Shadows-And-Memories/release/2044720

And now we have another confirmed music library used by TVP from 1989 (when communism collapsed in Poland) until 1994 (when the country adopted the then-new copyright law):
  • Sonoton
  • Intersound
  • CAM
  • Hibou Music
  • Coloursound
  • Arcadia Music (including Cosmos)
  • KPM Music
  • Network Music
  • Focus Music
  • Sound Ideas

Nice! Thanks Moleman!  8]

01:44 Transmission of pages from teletext intro. They were broadcasted on-air in the first few years of teletext in the Poland (1989~1993) as some kind of pause. It would be wonderful to recognise this cue.

Second Channel 24.08.1996, closedown sequence
00:00-01:45 cue in the background of programme schedule

I've just managed to find out the title of this cue. It's "Here Comes The Show" [KOK 2011] from the discontinued Koka Media album "Good Moog" but for some reason it was played on TVP2 with the pitch and speed lower by 8%:

Another song from this album - "Riviera" was used during TVP2's programme line-up closedown presentation for 02.07.1996 (and similarly, also has lower pitch and speed):
