Stelvio Cipriani Has Left Us

The best in Italian based library and film music legends of our time has passed away yesterday at 81. Just found this out. Had no idea he was even ill. May he rest in peace and his music live on.

Gutted... He was one of the best. Will spin one of my favourite soundtracks "Femina ridens" today in honour of this great composer.

Spent today listening to his soundtracks. I actually know just a small percent of them. Femina Ridens is my long time favorite, and I also dig Rollerboy a lot. I've listened a few others a lot (Anonimo Veneziano, Concorde Affair, Enfantasme) but I'm all ears for further recommendations in his long discography.
