Small Milano-based label under 103 Edizioni Musicali.
Other releases under the name "Proposte musicali" were issued under Airplane, Capriccio and 103 Centotre, all belonging to the same publisher.

According to Discogs: Attilio Donadio - Italian saxophonist and big band leader

So looks like at least 1 of these might be instrumental
