Help Finding a Track From Both One Tree Hill & The OC

Hello all! My search for answers here has led me to this forum, you all may be my last hope.

There is a track that plays in an episode of both One Tree Hill (S1 E8) and The OC (S1 E2) that I have been unable to identify for several months now. Obviously both of those shows are known for their licensed music soundtracks, so I had not even considered library music as the answer. That is until I got in contact with the Music Supervisor of One Tree Hill at the time, Lindsay Wolfington. She listened to the clip in question and could not identify the song, but said that they had used a bunch of library music at the time. I went through the entire Warner-Chappell library music catalog of albums released between 1998-2003 in any rock-related genre, and could not find it. I am here today to ask this community for help. Thank you so very much in advance.

After some GEMA digging, it seems to be named "In Your Eyes" by Aaron Dudley from Fundamental Music. However, I can't find it on their site...
