I don't recognize it unfortunately, but if this comes from a library, I suspect it's from Standard Music Library, where the original "Please Sir" theme by Sam Fonteyn is found (ESL 131), as well as a handful of LPs with compositions by Mike Vickers.

As it is music from the movie they made in 1971 I suspect it was commissioned especially. There's no trace of their having released a soundtrack album, most likely because there wasn't enough music to fill one!
