Italian CD and digital label under Flipper Music, founded 1986.

Some of the CDs reissue material from Flipper's earlier vinyl releases.

There are 204 rar files in the folder. Not all the albums, but most of them are there. The files in the folder are out of order. I was impatient to upload before I had them all in :D I got most of these from soulseek.

These are the files in the folder in order: https://hastebin.com/share/iwixokuhug.vbnet

Thanks a lot for this, BlackwatchPlaid. This is one of my favorite labels.

Just a little heads-up for people joining from "the outside" - the years in the RAR filenames are wrong. Just like RCAL - another Italian label - the dudes from the libraries put the year they added them to the catalogue instead of actual release dates.

Primrose is a fantastic label with very cool flavours.

Yeah, a lot of my uploads are like that. Whenever I get an album from UPM or APM I leave the date they have on the albums alone. I shared these as I got them, I wasn't in the mood to go retagging 200+ albums this week  ;D

JW Media Music does the same thing with the release dates.

So does 7digital with a lot of their remastered releases of old commercial recordings. I find it very frustrating!

Today, 6:00 AM at work I realized I forgot to post not only about the release dates being wrong from the albums - but also the different tracks often originally come from totally differnt labels and thus are released in yet another year..

I mean by that that Primrose Music swallowed/licensed a lot of other labels (e.g. Flower, Flipper Music) and thus singular tracks are orignally from totally different labels and albums. Thus Primrose is the worst nightmare for taggers and if you are a tagging enthusiast, Discogs and the Fandom will be your close friend when working with Primrose releases. Depending on your, ahem, enthusiasm, you should check track for track if that Primrose track is a re-issue from the past.

Also, if you Google, you will find the original cover arts as some of them are also re-issued. Another issue is the lack of proper naming in some of these albums; It took me a thorough research to get some of the truncated names right (e.g. "A. BlaBlaBla" to "Alessandro BlaBlaBla").

This label also is the origin of the background of the "Wendy's Hot Drinks" training video.

Which is called STREET JIVE and comes from "PRCD31 - Heart of the Charts".
