Beavis and Butt-Head selected unknowns

I know I made a thread for unknown tracks in Beavis and Butt-Head before, but it's a bit of an older thread and most the tracks there have been found since. This batch includes all the ones that I believe to be library music, as I've excluded ones that have a likelihood of being original compositions or possibly sound effects, but even then a few sound effect tracks could be in here. These tracks are all ones I've tried with identifiers with varying levels of voice removal, but they either are too short or are tpp baked into the background to be read (Or in the case of garageband, draw constant false positives with the crowd ambience present). I've also had little luck finding them on APM, Warner/Chappell (for CPM), or Universal Production Music (for Killer Tracks). GEMA, my usual source for attempting to find tracks in the few shows I've identified music for, is also in no hurry to get entries for this show verified and readable.

1. "Optimistic Background" by Peter Lea-Cox [KPM] (can barely make it out behind the dialog and church bells)
2. "Wedding March, Processional" from Elektra Records (the 1:01 - 1:09 mark)
3. "Jerusalem (B)" by Peter Lea-Cox [KPM]

I also identified the last unknown track in "Patients Patients" as "On Top Of Old Smokey" by Mike Sunderland [Sonoton].

Thanks for these ID's! I feel a bit silly not realizing that more of "Wedding March, Processional" was used for Beavis' "This music sucks!" bit.

Interestingly, "On Top Of Old Smokey" seems to be the original vinyl SON 206 version and not the lower-pitched reissue on SCD-075, which makes this the second track in this same episode sourced from a vinyl album instead of a CD, alongside Duncan Lamont's "Californian Dream" from Bruton BRG 3.
