Hello everyone  :)

I’m trying to identify a very rare, library music track that has been haunting me for years.
This piece was broadcast no later than 1986, following a technical breakdown on the French TV channel FR3 (before it became France 3).
It was used as background music during the interruption, and I strongly believe it comes from a library music catalogue, but unfortunately I have no information about the title or the composer.
Here is a YouTube excerpt where the music can be heard:

If anyone recognizes this track, or has any clue about the composer, catalogue, label, era, or even just the musical style, I would be extremely grateful  :D
Thanks in advance for your help — hopefully we can solve this mystery together!

I don't  know what the track is, but it would have been something fairly recent to when this aired given the DX7 bass sound and the sampled pan flute used for the melody.  Both very common sounds between 1984 and 1986.
