Probably the Ceefax AM tape which ran from September 1984 to January 1985, track 5 of which is South East Passat by Kurt Kümpel «4 Flutes» And His Combo from discogs.com/release/6127582-Kurt-Kümpel-4-Flutes-And-His-Combo-The-Munich-Swing-Band-4-Flutes-In-Rio-Swing-Cocktail

The only copy of that album I have is a terrible quality rip, I would very much like an upgrade!

Ah yes - Ceefax Am - Tape 11 - this is the only tape that the TCC has not remastered from Ceefax AM - my copy of Track 5 sounds hissy too.
