Could be a track from Chappell Vaults. There's a piece from DMM 318 - Dance and Mood Music Volume 18 (Mat Camison - Ave Shuffle) that plays in this film: https://productionmusic.fandom.com/wiki/DMM_318_-_Dance_and_Mood_Music_Volume_18

The only reason it got identified is because the track was then reissued in 2000 as part of CHAP 251 - Archive - Kitsch Pop 3: https://productionmusic.fandom.com/wiki/CHAP_251_-_Archive_-_Kitsch_Pop_3
