What is this BGM? (A Comedy Version of Down By The Riverside?)
« on: November 29, 2025, 10:54:59 PM »
Hello, I'm new to this forum and this is my first post. I created this account because I'm a big fan of Chespirito (creator of El Chavo) and series like SpongeBob SquarePants and Ren & Stimpy. But what I mean by being a fan of "El Chavo" is that I grew up watching it on TV and DVDs with Brazilian dubbing, and one soundtrack in particular caught my attention because it was a comedic version of...I can't find the cover of "Down by the Riverside" anywhere on the internet, not even on the Production Music Wiki.So I will be making available two versions of this BGM: the original (in low quality with a cut section) and the remastered version made by my friends (in high quality).Unfortunately, I don't know if "Down By The Riverside" is the real name of this background music; I don't know which album or label it came from, but due to its low quality, I suppose it may have been used in some Flash player game. But I don't think so!

You can find more information here : productionmusic.fandom.com/wiki/List_of_miscellaneous_music_libraries/C

It can be inferred that the composer of “N Awleans” is   "Stephen Bashaw"

I hope you can reach out to Musrc's administrators as soon as possible.

Their CDs are priced at around $10 each.  (Very few CDs will cost more than that)

If you're in the U.S., you can have them shipped to you.

But I'm not sure how busy the administrators are lately.

In Musrc, you can see the “Contact” option to communicate with the administrator.

Good luck!

10$ Usa dollars= 53$ Brazilian Real

It's not that expensive, but it's not that cheap either, considering the average salary in Brazil, which is unfortunately 1,500 Brazilian reals.
