I found this eBay listing for three Synchro-Disc 78s while browsing around. This listing contains X 75.918 H, alongside two new 78s that haven't been documented yet, being X 75.908 H and X 75.922 H. Sadly, this does not ship to North America, including the US.

Considering how elusive these are, I strongly suspect they never saw distribution outside France (or outside Paris...?)
