UNKNOWN TRACK USED BY THE BBC ON TEST TRANSMISSIONS

Although this track will be familiar to UK BBC Test Card fans, just wondering if anyone on here can identify this piece of music? It started a BBC trade test music tape in the 1970s. Many test card fans have tried in vain to identify this one. The rest of the compilation has a wide variety of library music companies, but for this one, we have drawn a blank on the title, the composer, the publisher and the artist.
