Alan Barcus - Going Out - 1976? - real or fake?

I wanted to look for information about this album on Discogs, but I can't find anything online. It seems the cover art is fake, and the track and artist name are incorrect. I'd appreciate your help. The only thing I found are YouTube videos. Many thanks in advance.

Interesting one, seems real !

It's #237 here. Those were released on CDs in the early 2000s.
