Anthony Hobson?

Good morning sleuths. I have a feeling the cue I'm placing the link to in here is an Anthony Hobson. I thought it might be on his Olympic Gold (DWS/LP 3521) but alas... It isn't can anyone confirm if this is Hobson and if not, who it might be and what information can be gleaned about the composer and label? Thanks.

I don't know what song is this, but it's heavily inspired on the Superman Theme.

 That was my thought too. I matched it against the Superman OST but it's not part of those recordings, unfortunately. I really do feel as if it is Anthony Hobson. He didn't do a lot of fanfare type of cues (that I'm aware of) but it is in his "style."
