FLAC - 24 bit - 48 kHz

After a while, I'm back. I'm bringing all a "special" record by Maurizio Passaggio from RCA Original Cast. Hope you like it!

Thanks Dan. From the snippets I've heard this sounds like a nice album to listen to later today.

Thanks so much Dan,
RCA Original Cast is such a killer series, and it's great to fill-in another whole in it.
I was keen to listen to "Eclissi" in a decent quality.
Thanks again.

ps - The new hardware seems to work fine isn't it? I'm not listeng with a hi-q equipment at the moment but it sounds ok. Thoughts?

I bought a new cartridge for the turntable to make better quality copies, but it's still recording at 44.1 kHz. The important thing is that at least it's not as lossy as it used to be...

but it's still recording at 44.1 kHz

Isn't that something you can set from the software you use to rip?

Hi Greta. I did some tests setting the recordings to 48 kHz, but after several unsuccessful attempts, it still records at 44.1 kHz. The equipment is new, and I still don't know how to configure it to record audio at 48 kHz. Sorry.

Dan, I'll PM you on this. Though from the spectrum analyser graphics you attached above all three are 48kHz/24 bit.

There's nothing to be sorry about, Dan.
Fresh new rips of unheard records are a great plus, no matter if 44 or 48.
If nido can help you on this ok, otherwise I assure you I'm happy anyway.
