Unknown track composed by Curt Macdonald

Really could use some help with this

I have checked Fresh Music library for this jingle since Macdonald composed for them but did not find it there.

I am wondering about the jingle for the second logo (Power to Create) in this video.

The only thing I know is that it is composed by Curt Macdonald.

Does anyone know this track or know of any other libraries from the 90s that Curt Macdonald composed for besides Fresh?

Update: I found out these are actually from Fresh Music after all. My mixup was I used the google listen microphone feature to identify the song and it lead me to audiosparx where the track went under a different name.

I went back to a fresh album I forgot to preview and found the tracks there.
