Great initiative!
For reference, here are links to the respective label threads, both updated fairly recently:
Ember Mood Music Library
Cetra Commenti Musicali

I assume ERL 3345, ERL 3353 and ERL 3360 are all reissues of some Cetra LPs that have yet to surface. Unfortunately both these British and Italian releases are really obscure, much is still unknown.
It doesn't seem completely unlikely that the still-unknown ERL 3354, ERL 3355, ERL 3359 might also have been reissues like these.

ERL 3358 "Weird Phantasy" looks to probably be "Magico - Fantastici - Abissali" (MLC. 5456/MLC. 5457)

While the others can likely be identified by their combination and order of featured composers, the Usuelli LPs are a bit tricky as the Ember LPs seems to have retitled the cues - they don't seem directly translated either, I have at least not been able to find Usuelli-composed works registered with corresponding Italian titles.
- On closer inspection it also seem their track lengths are different. Oh boy.

edit: ... alright, I got curious and did some more digging on the Usuelli cues - knowing which publisher these are housed under, I was able to pull up a complete list of the 84 works by Usuelli under Warner Chappell, who hold the rights to the Fonit Cetra cues. It's a long list, but excluding the 46 titles we know are found on Fonit UST 3001, UST 3002, UST 3003 as well as the ones from Cetra Commenti Musicali 1 - "Cosmo electron" leaves us with 36 titles. Excluding another two that seem unrelated to the topic at hand; "BELLE ROSE DU PRINTEMPS DI N" co-composed with Angelo Agazzani and co-published by Liuto Ed. Mus. and "CENTO ALL'ORA N° 1-5-9-23-4-7-8-22" co-published by Ed. Leonardi srl leaves us with 34.

The "Cosmo electron" cues are housed solely under Warner Chappell, so it's fair to assume the same would be the case for the other Cetra Commenti Musicali LPs.

12 of the 34 we're left with here are co-published by Cinecitta' s.p.a. (i.e. Luce), the same rights holders as the three Fonit LPs mentioned previously:
Quote
ALLEMAND DA PEGGY 1 A B C
AMARE
BIGIO SWING
BOURREE DA PEGGY 1 A B C
CADENZA PER ORGANO
CAMPANE DI MONTECASSINO
GARA DI CHA CHA CHA
GIGA DA PEGGY 1 A B C
MINUETTO DA PEGGY 1 A B C
NUMI AGRESTI
PANGE LINGUA A 2 VOCI
SIPARIETTO
- I would wager a guess these are probably unrelated, too.

This leaves us with 22 titles - of which at least two, "Strada" and "Telemusica", seem to consist of multiple parts:
Quote
CENTO ALL ORA
CONOSCERCI
DOMANI PEI NOSTRI FIGLI
DRAMMATICO BOOGIE
LEGAMENTO 8
MONDO DEL 2000
NISIDA
NOI COME SIAMO
PAPPAGALLO SWING
PIANOFORTE 1 2
QUOTA MILLE
SOLITUDO COOL
SOLITUDO HARD
SOLITUDO ROCK
STORIE DELLA DOMENICA
STRADA DA 1 A 34
STUDIO FREEZE
SUITE CANTABILE
TAHITI
TELEMUSICA DA 1 A 11
TELEUROPA
VERSO LA METROPOLI

The last cue on (B7) on ERL 3352 is titled "Cool Solitude", matching "Solitudo cool" from the list above. I'm guessing "Saturday Night Rock" (A8) from the same LP is probably "Solitudo rock".
- I guess that's a start, if nothing else. Heh.
