General Discussion / Re: Studio One Albums on the Sonoton Music Site
« Last post by dksch on Today at 06:47:48 AM »
That's cool! The only thing that i find annoying is that, in the Sonoton website, they added a watermark in the audios.
Hopefully if these get added to APM the watermarks get removed. (They probably will)

Track IDs / The Killing of America (1981) intro
« Last post by ballmouse on Today at 03:43:55 AM »
Any idea what the track is starting at https://youtu.be/2CQXLLPfhsw?si=jC2-9huuyTTLt9S8&t=80 (note this is one of those NSFW mondo shockumentaries although the opening credits I'm referring to is clean).

Thanks for these fantastic Major Records LPs! =)

thank you!

I already had CD1001-1003 and notice that compared to these your versions have all the thirty second versions of the tracks omitted, are they all like that?

Yes they are all main tracks only.

Requests / Re: Amphonic Library Requests

Might I also note, anything else pre-1992 will be accepted. Any AMPS vinyls, or AVF vinyls/CDs before AVF 97, will be taken up. I am really stretching the net wide with this one.

4/24 - Updates:
I don't know how to say this stuff, really... MML was a complete dud, and AVF30 is a dud, too. Which SUCKS, because the orchestration of "60s-esque rock" fit a lot of tracks. None of them were a match. I do feel like Amphonic has the answers to our problems, though... again, it's hard to explain it, I just feel like it IS.

UPD: I was looking in the wrong place. I reckon that 1988-90 is a good place to search. Putting numbers to that, I reckon AVF 60-AVF 83 is a good place to look. I'll keep AVF 93 in mind, just to see if there was an Al Dickinson track used, but I'm not certain on that.

Thank you, I didn't have FC-A4!

A note of information for others looking for this album, this is not the full 52-track version, it's a 13-track version, i.e. it has the main version of each composition but not the three shorter ones.
