With a vast catalogue of over 80,000 tracks, including a million selling number one record, an Ivor Novello Award-winner and countless television theme tunes and movie soundtracks, de Wolfe Music continues to produce some of the finest music on offer today with many of the best composers and musicians in the world, one hundred years on from its humble beginnings in Edwardian England.

I'm going through and grabbing this whole series, at least until the styles start to really suck. Seeing how long it took to properly tag the RMCD series, and the fact that Music House is still not finished, I decided to upload these raw, as they come from emipm/dewolfemusic.  Otherwise it'll be autumn before these make it out of the gate.  The only thing done was to convert them to FLAC.  The filenames are unchanged, and can be helpful for tagging purposes as it is quite uniform.  Usually, the syntax is LABEL_CAT_#_0TRACK#01_TITLE_ARTIST_2ndARTIST.  They also list the FULL names of composers, sometimes 2 or 3 middle names included.  So something like DWM_DWCD_0002_00401_OUR_MAN_IN_VIENNA_Andrew_Michael_George_May_Brian_George_Alberici.flac could be taged as being DWCD002\04 - Andrew May & Brian Alberici - Our Man in Vienna.flac, and you have the artist, album, and track position without consulting any other reference source.  Be aware that sometimes the 01 after the TRACK# is a variation on the track number.  So for example you have 4 track number 8s on DWCD 026.

In these cases it's best to get them all in order in your tagging program and reassign track numbers.


All albums are 16bit/48kHz FLAC.
