DeWolfe 2944
« on: May 23, 2025, 03:35:10 PM »
I spent a lot of years looking for this and swore if I ever found it, I wouldn't keep it to myself. I hadn't seen it posted here and maybe I'm mistaken. But if it isn't and anyone is looking for it, here it is. The quality isn't the best, but it is enjoyable nonetheless.

Very considerate of you! Much appreciated. It's nice listening to these, seeing the track titles and imagining what kind of imagery the composer might have wanted to evoke with the music.

I would appreciate DW 2925, 2926, 2935, and 2945 if I may be so bold! (I have the others)

A few months ago I went through a large number of library 78rpm recordings on The Archive, de-clicked/de-crackled etc, and topped and tailed them much as Trkizbrki has been doing on this thread (https://librarymusicthemes.com/index.php?topic=8859.0). The recordings I edited included a large number of De Wolfe records, 2944 being one of them. Not wanting to outdo your post Fleetwoodmac4evr but you might be interested in this version which is a better quality and in genuine FLAC ie not upscaled. This is because the unedited recordings on The Archive are all FLAC.
