Enormous thanks for this Chappell share Greta and trkizbrki. They couldn't have come at a better time. I'm currently ploughing through all the Boosey & Hawkes 78s on the Internet Archive cleaning and editing each track. I was planning to make a start on the Chappell series after that. So hopefully this share will save me a lot of time.

Something I'm wondering, and it's a long shot that anyone would know this, but were any of these 78s used to make up CIS5014 "Comedy Music"? I have a hunch that it was compiled from very old material, in mono, of course, but I don't know its origins.

Not sure if this is the answer you were looking for but all (or most if i'm mistaken) do come from the Chappell 78s.
