It's one of my favorite labels too! The records often have a special warm and intimate sound that works for me perfect, always many great songs on the lps, amazing surprises. Many of my all time favorite library tracks are from Black Rock LPs.

No idea about the year, sounds like it should be from the later half of 80s.

Hello Roope, I have given this album a lot of listens since you posted it and every time it sounds better and better.

Roope, Greta, Mr and anybody else who wants to chime in, I have a question for you all.

Which methods are you employing in arriving at the conclusion of the release dates being sometime in the mid-80s?

Discogs offers no dates and if I had to guess, I'd have said sometime in the mid to late 70s.

If we're going strictly by how the music sounds, trends, etc then I'll have to listen more closely, especially since I've never heard this LP before 

As to actual dates, I wish the LP rear covers / labels offered more definitive dating than guesstimology!
