The only rough hint I could get was this little snippet:
[...]In 1981 he took his first steps as a solo artist with “No ragazzo no!” and “Un paese che muore”, with lyrics written by Ermanno Trapani and music signed by Buby Senarega and Aldo De Scalzi.
The three people are noted as writers for these tracks on Discogs.
Apparently there is/was a singer involved or something, maybe these are like "instrumental versions" and replacing the voice with the saxophone without the need to credit the singer? I can only assume.
