This record has tracks that were recorded in 1955, but were published in the 1960's, possibly for the fact that they probably didn't have enough room for their catalog back when they were made, until they had the chance to put them on a 78. The only other record I know of that has that same premise is IA 266, but it contains tracks from Bruce Campbell, Ronald Binge, Alfred Ralston, Trevor Duncan and Malcolm Lockyer instead of just Van Phillips.
